LIMITED AKC REGISTRATION

Limited Registration means that the dog is registered but no litters produced by the dog are eligible for registration. This is the most common option for people who want a companion or as a pet only.

How is Picking Order Determined?

Picking is performed in the same order as reservation fee were received.

What age does puppy go home?

Each puppy goes home at 8 weeks old. We require this because it gives the puppy more time to socialize with littermates and mom.  Also they need to start bonding with their new families.

Can I Visit?

We encourage visits.  But we do keep it to a minimum for safety reasons for our puppies.  Approximately 6 weeks of age.....

 one that's right for your family.

What Health Testing is Done?

OFA Hips and elbows are tested after two years of age, performed by trained veterinarian and a certified team.

​

OFA eye exams are done by a veterinary Ophthalmologist at two years of age.  

 

OFA heart clearances by a board-certified veterinary Cardiologist, and DNA testing for each Golden Retriever in our breeding program.
